The meaning harvest eggs does NOT mean Rhino lay eggs. What the vets do is the same as doctors do when they try to harvest egg from women. Taking the egg from the ovaries.

They took the female eggs (every female mammal has some kind of egg that has to be inseminated) to keep the species alive, but the commenting person did not get this..
