It looks like Dowly might have sailed in mediterranean waters. I had the same idea, so I transferred to the 29th flotilla.
btw, everything in the mediterranean looks pretty. It's fifty times better than the atlantic. Arctic waters look pretty, also.

You should see the pics from the 3rd patrol! Bernard refused to shut down the radar when surfaced (He loves the green color! ), so U616 where attacked really badly by multiple RAF aircraft.

If you guys are interested, open up one of the .MIS files for a single mission.
Look for where it says SeaType=00, or something like that... change it to 80 (mediterranean water) or 150 (arctic water). Seriosly, you might never want to go back to the boring old Atlantic...
