Default Thrown overboard crew

I was once in a fishing boat 5 hours off the coast of Long Island NY in mid winter when suddenly the sea became violent.I was just a kid at the time so the experience for me was kinda fun.Alarm bell was buzzing and the captain was yelling for everyone to get inside. The waves became higher than the boat and the captain was riding straight into them to prevent cap sizing. Then suddenly a woman puked which set off a chain reaction that eventually had 70% of the people inside the galley puking.Vomit was swishing and spashing as the boat went up over 20ft swells.

What I think would be great is ability to lose seamen overboard.Sitting in the warm command room in massive swells while 5 men up above are holding onto a thin railing for dear life and you wonder how many men lost their lives this way.Wind speeds of 15 and if you push the watch crew thru this there is a small chance that one disappears. The only thing is a deceased icon in boat when you mouse over says "lost to the sea"
