How do I access this log file ?

This freezing happens on occasion there is no pattern. It can happen as I'm here on subsim and going through the lastest comments it can happens after I have closed down Internet and are about to open a game, reopen Internet or close my computer-There is no pattern what so ever.

Sorry for not getting back sooner Markus. I'm out of town and away from the internet, almost long enough each day to suffer from withdrawal symptoms...

I'm not sure on Windows 10, but you should be able to get to it by doing that "Search" thingie by the Start Menu, and type in "Event Viewer". In Win8 and earlier, you'd use the "Control Panel", "Administrative Tools", "Event Viewer", or us the "Search" on the Start Menu. Choose the different files that you want from that page. Start with the "Windows Logs" choice, and then probably the "Application" one. Give it a few seconds / minutes to load, and look for errors and warnings there. When you select a message, it will populate the screen with info. If you double-click on an item, it will open a separate window with all the info. You may or may not find anything useful, but stand a real good chance of finding conflicting, and sometimes downright confusing info...

A little funny story to this problems

Late this night I went back to subsim, to see if there was new comments or new threads to read before I close my computer for the night and day.

I saw that you had written a comment to my latest reply..started to read and came to third line...blue screen of death poppede up..restarted, let the computer stay untouched for 2-3 minutes then I closed it.

Have recently turned on my computer for this evening. Stil have problems with "Auto-close" But only once-I click on the start button, about 5-10 sec later it close itself I wait about 10 sec and click once again on the on/off button and second time it load without problem.

Will try to find information about this Log File on Win10
