Default Can SCXIIc play other SSBN?

Like the title.
Can I drive the other SSBN in SC with SCXIIc?
I really want to drive the other sub like the DeltaIV or OscarII

I did the Ohio, but Soviet boats are difficult becuase the Akula does not have a VLS, so the interface is not very practical to create a playable Soviet SSBN. Two versions of the Typhoon are already in SCU - but obviously no launchable nukes for the same reason.
