:p I take a hit like that and keep going but one stupid plane crashes off me and i go down like a ton of bricks heh

I should have tried for more screens it was one hell of a hole
even my deck gun was missing deck under it
i would say only 30% of the hull was left in that section
All crew in injured no dead no flooding

did take 5 min for my ears to stop ringing

That's what sucks. The visual damage doesn't seem to reflect the damage to the sub.

One mark 14 torp at slow speed ( 31 kts ) in the bow, one in the beam and one in the stern at 4600 yards and no lifeboats were lowered. :hmm: Those troops all went to see Davy Jones and did not get to visit Port Moresby as planned.

I hit a yamato with a volly of 4 torps all at 9m below the waterline. I fallowed her for 30min and she didnt even list to one side.
Hit her with another 4 on the other side...she had holes all over, she went down till her deck was being lapped with water, but she was still firing her cannons.
