I use to buy a few lines two times per month.

Do I feel lucky ? Not exactly but who knows a dollar here or a dollar there my come my way-Winning the jackpot! I'm not aiming that high.

A million would do fine however 1.3 bn would do even better-I don't think I have that much of luck.

Well this is suspicious. Drawing delayed? First they delay the results of votes, and now it's the lottery. All I can say is Hunter better not win.

It depends on who is making the rules, or who is altering the rules at the very last minute. If I could alter an election and get away with it, I guess I'd figure why not alter a powerball lottery?
