Oh yesss...
For anyone who told me to read transfer instructions, sure I read it, but I learned yesterday by myself that during transfer , u boat stops even if engines are ahead flank, till to the end of transfer, and it means when transfer icon disappears...so u have to wait end of ability ,not only when u see torpedoes are inside sub...sorry for my impatience...
However gameplay stability is very delicate, so I mention another thing I noticed: I navigated to English coast to sink ships in port, and as soon as second torpedo sinks a particular ship, CTD occourse...because after target identification , game marks that ship as leader of a convoy...
We are here to learn and enjoy, and that's even for fantomatic teachers...

That shouldn't be happening in TWoS. Are you sure you didn't corrupt your installation with some custom mods?

Hi Vdr!
I changed nothing or custom anything, just changed some TDW options,of course in port, about ship's identification, to have ship and speed model in the right bottom as soon as my officer identifies ship. "Item notes enabled"
So I have an idea of speed before AOB.
By the way, I've just closed SH5 with a message of " Failed transfer orders" :
I'm in patrol for more than a month, sinking enemy, fighting against airplanes, refit in Heligoland and waiting to come back to Willemhaven NOT before 7 June of 1940, as recommended by BdU.
I saved progress as recommended and tomorrow I'll tell u what Doenitz wants to do about my 90.000 tons of ships sunked...
I hope everything goes well, because if I should use "silentotto" , seems to me that I can't keep any crew skill and boat's upgrades...
Maybe in that case should I restart from the first Campaign?

No I don't, is winrar necessary for installation? I have the superior 7-zip.

It shouldn't be necessary. Try to open and test the archive with 7zip, see what happens.

I don't think I understand you well enough Sir. Can you tell me what should I do exactly in order to reproduce that torpedo hit/sinking CTD you've mentioned in your previous post?

After I have enabled item notes,

when I move cursor over ships in nav map, I can see just above message box , their speed, and when I get identification that my officer can see, it's model too, such as Bulk cargo ecc..
But when I went to Tyne in night time to sink ships docked in port, behind me I could saw multiple ships contacts with escorts ( a large convoy ) coming close to Tyne and then go on to south of England: in that moment when I move cursor over last ship docked to sink it, I noticed it's name was " Large Convoy" and not Bulk Cargo anymore: lots of times it happens when u click on a far ship icon, and when u get closer u can see there are effectly many other merchants forming a convoy;
so when I destroyed her in Tyne, I think Sh5 core had lost ship He designated as convoy leader and this causes some kind of bug and CTD...
Note that IMO , about my experience in Sh5, it's...normal, because gameplay follows some rules ( bad rules) and I , with that behavior, have gone against that rules...
Yes it's a bug oh SH5 , not TWos, and because of it I think that Romanian Ubisoft programmers should have rewrite the entire code, if this game had more commercial success in the years, and not only followed by few lovers such as Subsim community.
It's my opinion of course

Dear Vdr, how many things I've lost in these years!
I found your Campaign workaround to continue game, sorry for my ignorance.
I've also read in TwoS documentation that's not a good idea make harbour raids :
"Due to several engine and AI limitations, harbor raids in SH games are generally very unrealistic and they are commonly regarded as a cheap
way to "pump up" your tonnage. Also players presence within 60 Km of traffic generator nodes (mostly located in harbors) will prevent game
engine to spawn any convoys or units which can lead to potential campaign corruption"

I just can thank u and anybody else who made this Megamod ( I imagine how many nights spent on pc to mod and test game...)
However, when I have anything to ask , I 'll write here.

My mission is to patrol at AN0135. But there is no grid with 0135 at all... What does it mean? AN 13 5 or AN X1 35?
