Default Looking for a GOOD model to build?

I used to build model planes as a kid (who hasn't right?)
I would like to build a nice VIIC or something.. But I don't want it to be extremely hard.. The models I used to build back in the day was all pre cut and I had to glue certain pieces together.. It was cool and fun.. I am looking for something like that..

Is there a certain kind to get? I read some threads here where people had to drill out stuff, not looking for that level of experience.. THANKS

I've done one of Revell's 1/144 Type VIID Minenleger models and that was a good kit, not too difficult, a good size, and looked great once built. Plus I got it at half price from my local model shop There's also a few aftermarket detail parts for it too, which I actually didn't bother with as I thought it looked fine as it was, but the option is there. The only dissapointment for me was that I couldn't find any 1/144 scale crew for it anywhere, you can get 1/72, 1/32, even bleeding 1/300! But anyway, yeah it was a great kit, as are their other U-Boats I believe.

This is the one I got http://www.modelhobbies.co.uk/shop/r...09-p-3461.html but it's practically the same kit The mineleger is just slightly longer with hatches for the mines.
