New progress bar for fuel battery air CO2

Hi all!
I've made a new look for the progress bar of the fuel, battery, compressed air and CO2 and alternative illumitated push buttons,
and the last version of my round illuminated fire button.
This little mod creates a new look of my taste for "NewUIs_TDC_6_x_x_WWIIInterface":

- new color more visible for progress bar
- different illuminated push buttons

All this to create a more immersive look for my taste.
JSGME compatible.
