Default linking the compass tool to the target

Hello
I have read in the manual that you can draw a circle with the compass tool and then link it to a target. I am sure I have seen a video of this somewhere and dont think it was mentioned how this was done. I have the mega mod installed. Is it not working in this mod?
Also, there are a lot of instructionals that are now out of date as a result of pictures being deleted from sites. I imagine there are not enough SH4 players to warrant updating it.
So yeah, the compass tool, draw circle and attach the circle to a target that follows the target.
Thanks
Simon

They're not wrong, it is in the manual, Page 60. However, I've never seen it done. I'm guessing it may be an advertised feature that was never implemented.

Likely some... improvement that was planned... but... never got implemented... & some chowder head, in the manual department, failed to edit that out of it... maybe.

My first thought from your question is this....

You probably don't have the skills nor the tools to do this.
I say that because if you did? You wouldn't ask.

And that is from someone that may have dug into the files more then many here.
