Stumbled on a fascinating site with images of almost all the ship models used in "Das Boot" - the submarine (of course), the destroyer they try to sink, the tanker, and the ships in Vigo harbor.

Interesting trivia as well - I never knew they used Ken/Barbie dolls for some of the distant shots!

Being a merchant obsessed guy I of course loved the shots of the tanker model, but there's a lot more; take a look.
