Default damn piece of ......! Need help

I seem to recall that someone had experienced the same once, but I cannot find any posts anywhere........

Every time I run the game and save, exit it and then load the game that I have saved, ALL of the instrumentation is not working! All needles in the gauges are just pointig upwards, the sonar cannot rotate, nothing works, only the small rediculous gauges in the toolbar. This problem has just struck from out of no where, not even after having added a mod where problems like these usually arise, suddenly it was just there and it doesn't matter what I do. I've tried uninstalling ALL mods..it's still there...with the mods on, still there, with my cloned boats installed or not...it's always there! No functioning gauges after a save.

Does anyone know what is wrong? I would really appreciate some advice...I simply have no more ideas
