Default Yeah, I know, but try to buy a real one..

Its the USPS LLV in 1/18th scale die cast.

You'll see them everywhere in the US, but good luck trying to buy one.
The USPS keeps a tight lid on selling them, your best option is to find one at a Gov't auction that used to belong to a State or Local gov't agency. Take note that its only offered with the seat and steering wheel on the passenger side.

If you can buy one, I'm pretty sure it is illegal to have it re-painted as a USPS "tribute" vehicle. I guess too many lawmakers grew up reading Dick Tracy comics...

Just the other day I was sitting on the porch looking at one of these parked right off the end of my driveway as our friendly neighborhood mail carrier made his rounds. It occurred to me what a unique and recognizable vehicle it is. I have seen one or two in private hands and I wondered what it might take to get one. I think it'd be a fun little utility vehicle to have on hand.

The engine and power train is generic GM while the body and frame are built by Grumman. I'm guessing that means you could land one on an aircraft carrier.
Otherwise, its a tank on 14 inch rims. Do a search on YouTube and you'll find a guy in the Pacific northwest who was able to buy one as his daily driver.
