Default 688i---DSRV won't come back

I had waited DSRV for 6 hours at the recovery point after the dispatch of DSRV.
She sank near by Trafalger and I was unable to detect demon contact from she.
I had tried to push she up by 688i, but she just won't move.
What's happen?

I had the same thing happen and do not know why. It may be a bug. I hae the player guide and have done everything correctly. So I will replay it to see if it happens again.

This happened in 688i Hunterkiller ?

I know that the DSRV is completely broken and unusable in Dangerous Waters due to a rather hefty stock bug that we can't correct. I can't speak for the other games.

Yep! It does. I replayed the mission and the DSRV just doesn't come back. I arrive at the launch point in time, so not sure what the issue is. But no worries the campaign part of the game seems intact. The debrief scenario still cracks me up with that Commodore. Who would have thought of that?
