dll file missing

I have had SH3 running with LSH3 2015 installed but now I get the message
"The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"
I have reinstalled SH3 and LSH3 2015 but I still get the above message. Any ideas?
Is there another SH3 MOD that is good? I tried loading the LSH3 2022 but I don't think my laptop is powerful enough to run it. I'd be happy with LSH3 2015 if I could only get it running again.

There is no such DLL in LSH3v15.

It has something todo with your Widesdreen-Mod.
Deactivate it in JSGME.
Try reinstall DirectX v9.c from SH3-Disc.
Or use another d3dx9-Patch.

That file is part of Directx9. It should be in your \windows\system32 files. If you have a Directx 9 installer package try running it again.
