About a post man being transferred from southern France to the northern part of Bretagne, where they talk chti (accent of the Picardie). Prejudice is it rains there all the time, people are awful, food as well, and you do not understand one word. Of course, when the english try to translate accents and make fun of it it often backfires, but here it's ok ..
