U boats

Good aftrenoon to you all ive been playing sh4 for a while now used loads of downloads really love this game on the forums i keep seeing a picture of a type 1XE uboat where can i get one of those? and any idea when the torpedo room graphics will be done cant wait for that one and how about the engine rooms as well

Welcome on board, Markdenny!

the only U-boat available for SH4 Uboatmissions, as far as I know, is the type
IXD D2 and the type XXI plus the Uboats Lurkers great Operation Monsun adds to the game. But, you must have the Uboatmissions add-on from Ubisoft.

Building models, like a sub´s interior, is a loooooot of work, and the people doing this for free for the Subsim community do a great job. Their work takes a lot of time, so be patient and just wait until it´s finished.

Thanks for the welcome i have got the u boat add on and im playing ops monsun and all the add on missions having great fun but i did see on one of the posts about minelaying u boats and there is a picture of a type 1XE u boat and it appears to be a picture taken from the game going by the graphics.

Sorry also forgot to say i did serve whilst in the sea cadets way back on HMS ONSLAUGHT an oberon patrol class deisel submarine for 2 weeks best 2 weeks ive ever had.

The IX E Minelyer is a part of a members signature, Xantrokoles. Maybe you drop him a PM to find out more about it?

Another WIP is the VII D minelayer.
