New LCD has Bleeding
I am having a bad run lately and this is a bad one, I have an old communications receiver (Racal RA6790/GM), and purchased a new LCD display, cost me $75 but it has bleeding:
Is there any way to fix this or do I just try and send it back, these are rare?

Not repairable - as in you can't stop the bleed, but you should be able to replace the screen if you can source the part.
Edit - scrap that - you know that already as that's why you've bought that! Is it not possible to return to the vendor as faulty?
