Thank you Sir! But the Uboat selector doesn't nothing when I click on it, I move it into the SH4 folder also.

Default "Select Your Sub"

Hey Jimmy greetings..
I put it in Jsgme.. activate the jsgme...
then you find it in the root of the game then the.. you activate what you need via the "Uboat Selector" and "SH_MenuMerger"...
and all works.
Unlike some I do not use "Select Your Sub"
This one also offers lists of mods that contain errors...
in addition, he comments on the list of the best modder awards on me.. while he himself needs help in these last lists... coming from him, it surprised me, especially since he has little he was glad to have help from me
as we say at home:
"do good to a villain, he ****s in your hand"
he seems to be keeping silent while there were these "Uboat selection" issues at no time did he bring these skills..
we will not mention the name,at no time did he bring these skills
he will recognize himself..

This is how it should look in the SH4 Folder







In the next year i will see if i can rewrite the submanagement Mod to get a better solution for your 1280*1024 resolution.


It looks too strange.

Yes I use the select you sub but not this one from BH it's about FoTrS
that I created myself ... since the fotrs 1.8 fleet is not that of BH

Gar in patrol here

I think this tool should be developed more in order to be able to select these skins and emblems..
it shouldn't be very difficult.. by adding the required elements

Jimi,

Just a heads up that it's not starting with me either. I've got the SH Menu Merger program working great, but the Uboat Selector one flashes then disappears. I started the task manager and it shows 144K when trying to start, but then just disappears from the task manager when it shuts down.

I have the Net stuff installed, but it's the US version -- if that's what you would call it.

I'm running Windows 7 - 64 bit and I've tried to run the selector program normally, with Administrator permissions, with Windows-7 compatibility, and with all of the above. Still nothing.

The ini file is never created. I made one manually, and nothing. I copied the info from the french one, and still nothing. I made sure the "Modname=" line matched. Still nothing.

I hope the tech report helps somewhat with this. I'm fairly certain it's an issue with something we have on our setups. Trying to figure out what it is will be another story.

You have done a WONDERFUL job on this, so keep up the great work and I hope this tech report helps.



PS: The task manager says, "WindowsApplication1" on the far right when the selector program is trying to start, whereas the task manager actually says, "SH_MenuMerger" when that particular program runs.

Feel free to use whatever you want from my Mods. Also to change Part of the graphics or whatever you need.

For me, my Mods are free to use, free to modificate, free to use parts of them. And all without extra permisión.

I love to see all the efforts all of you made to hold the SH series on life. And i'm proud to be a little little part of this.

El Cid, (what for a great name for us spanish people)

i will try to rework the Uboat selector to get a more stable versión.
This was a very quick written Applikation. It stops when it noticed that some things are not in right position, before
crashing the Game.

It shows Application1 because i was too lazy to fill out all fields on visual basic, and let the standart settings.
I never study programming and therefore i do not use standart rules and routines to work correctly. 😁

It means that different Uboat uses the same settings when they have the same number of rows in these compartments.

You have already done a great job as I told you when you took out your torpedoes I knew you had talent..
For "Uboat selector" yes it will be quite difficult to program it all...
a lot of parameters come into play...
Periods of availability of submarines as well as changes in equipment during the campaign, crew management, etc.
Probeanie.. BH.. Kaleun Marco.. is all the elders have already shared these recurring problems happy that they have found workarounds
it will take a large test battery in the countryside...
..Now you have to consider the Uboats here too..
I even wonder if deleting them wouldn't be better ... keeping than the American navy ... the Lukner team KSD team got rid of the American fleets during the implementation of Knights of the Sea Depths II
Attention Knights of the Sea Depths II: Ace Edition has nothing to do here..
moreover I will present this mods of comrade Lukner of course if I have time..
because it is really very good...
I will continue to support your projects for the new year because it really brings freshness to all levels...
