The fleetboat part is not available now, any way of activating a pacific megamod via JGSME if the fleetboat itch is there?

The KSDII was built like that on purpose. If you add a fleetboat mod on top of it, that will overwrite parts of KSD. So the answer is "No". You need another "clean" copy of the SH4 game, and that MultiSH4 linked to on the previous page.

Thought so,

Will try to activate the Ubi version of SH4.
Also re-bought SH3 on Ubi, which ran with minimal adjustments.
The newer SH4 not so...
