Alternative recognition manual no waterlines

Tweaked stock/GWX recognition manual:

- Silhouette only shows hull above waterline: that's how we see ships through periscope/UZO

- Removed water reflection below angled images: again, these just added noise and in some cases made ship harder to recognize on first glance

- Cleaned up gray or pattern backgrounds so all pages now look similar

I'm playing with this manual for a while now and prefer it to stock, so thought to share it with community in case someone else might be looking for something similar. Only tested with GWX and ARB WideGui, though I think it should be usable with other supermods...
