A neighbor invited me to dinner a couple of nights ago, so I introduced him to an old favorite: Timerider, with Fred Ward, Belinda Bauer, Ed Lauter and Peter Coyote.

Honestly anyone who says that Wolf of Wall Street was all boobs missed the point of the entire film and likely did not pay much attention to 80% of the movie. It was not the best film of all time by any means but it was interesting and also very very mild compared to what can be found on the internet in less than 3 seconds if you type the correct words into a search engine.

I thought it was pretty good actually and honestly it is not all about sex and drugs it gives a pretty good perspective into that industry circa 1980~early 90's. One of the most hilarious parts occurred in the last 30 minutes involving the delayed effect of a particular drug and what Jordan Belfort thought he did compared to what he really did.(I'll spare the details so as not to ruin it for anyone).

I loved the "sell me this pen" bit both of them.

The Cruel Sea came today. I had to order it from amazon.ca and I just finished watching it.
Good flick! Definitely a keeper.

I've got them three.
I think I might have two copies of 12 O'clock High if anybody wants one.
I do have two copies and one is up for grabs.

Watching "The First of the Few" (1942) about Spitfire designer R.J. Mitchell and his test pilot on Turner Classic Movies.

Ah, 633 Squadron I remember watching that one a few years back. Tonight I'm going to watch The Colditz Story which I had bought in Colditz itself while on a trip around Europe 4 years ago, never watched the film but I do have the book by the same name.

If it is the version below it is a pretty good effort:

Thunderbolt will be the first one I watch tonite. Followed by 633 Squadron then Where Eagles Dare.
I dropped 633 Sqdn. in favour of A Bridge Too Far followed by The Dirty Dozen.
2100 hrs, Dirty Dozen got the axe. I need to get up early in the A.M.
