Here is to many more
Came here ( lurked for awhile before that ) first when I was playing SH2 and have not looked back. As far as memories that stand out, being here when SH4 was launched and watching it go from the goat folks thought it was, to the quality Sim it has grown into. |

Happy birthday SUBSIm, thank you to all members to share its passion for our greatest happiness, to play, of course, but also to meet some amazing people, passionate, talented and so generous! Congratulations again and thank you very much and long life to SUBSIM !

14 years? Normally I would say that's just the worst of all ages... punks, troublemakers...
But apparently Subsim seems to behave very well! otoh, SubSim may be getting too old... isn't it a suspiciously long time since there's been a decent bar fight? |

The bickering here in GT can sometimes get to me, but at the end of the day, I can't think of a better online community than we've got here. Besides the actual games, Subsim is entirely the best thing to happen to our hobby.

I remember the "early days" when, if you wanted to post on Neal's forum, you had to get a post-it note draw "" and put it on Neal's front door.
Jim only had 3k posts back then. Gato was state of the art:
