Only lacks some death fishes in the water, for extreme ecological effects...

I like that dense smoke in the ships, but in my GWX installation is FPS killer...It´s the only FPS dropping effect in my SH3.

Any solution for that? (not a NASA PC, please...My computer is high end and manage over 60 FPS in all situations, except that smoke...).

Best regards.

Oh...I am an old style DKM officer: respect for the enemy, and a bottle of brandy and a compass for the poor survivors. (I lack a mod with that good actions in SH3...).

Regards.

I'm glad I wasn't around when you crossed the equator for the first time!

@Jimbuna

Woah mate! That's the first ship I've seen belly up in SH3. Which BB was it btw?

Best regards.

Believe it or not that screenshot was taken using the nVidia 7800 GS so had I of had the fps switched on you would see a similar drop to those you are experiencing.

I believe every graphics card takes a 'hit' when close up to something that is rendering fire.

If not it must be a very top end piece of kit.

That was the Hood mate but I have seen one or two other BB's acting similarly on occasion...usually when they've been hit by contacts.

Many thanks, Jimbuna. Is there some "light smoke" for GWX? All the smokes I tested aren´t "light"...

Regards.
