This seems to be Bidens biggest problem in the upcoming election

No it doesn't because the timescale extends literally over decades. Biden would remove them from the secure facilities they were supposed to stay in, not only throughout the 8 years that he was VP but he also kept them from his time as a senator.

Unlike Trump in neither position did Biden have the ability to declassify documents. Also unlike Trump these documents were scattered around in multiple locations whereas Trump had his in a locked room guarded by the secret service.

Biden is the good guy and Trump is the bad guy

Joke aside

It should not be allowed for President or Vice president to remove classified paper from office at all. The chances they fall into wrong hands is high

I didn't know Trump had secret service at his Mar-a-Lago I understand why though and their job was to protect former President and not exactly the paper

From what I understand was the way Trump treated these secret papers.

I personally bought a secret document from President Trump on ebay. His user name is (TRUMP1UNOIT), the mainstream media reported a whole series of stories on it for two weeks, and Biden's Justice Department created a case with 500 documents based on my purchase.

I'm sure it will be on the docket at any moment now as soon as they finish shopping it to a few friendly judges.

I'm currently writing a book, and practicing my tiny baby voice in case I need to testify. ROTFLMAO

OK I'm sorry Biden should had to be prosecuted too. There shouldn't be any different between these two person.

That should be the case for every government official and actually is supposed to be that way the lower one is on the the totem pole. But the President has the authority to declassify any document. A Veep does not. That's a key difference.

Is this decision not based on the fact how both reacted on this Trump with hold access for a long time and authorities had to collect them itself and Biden gave them when he found out do not know the secret of these papers but could Biden’s papers be of a lower secret level.

Biden has withheld access to those documents for decades in some cases. He broke the law by even removing them from a secure facility in the first place. How could he have not known that he had them?

He only started "cooperating" when he got caught with them in his possession. Trump on the other hand didn't conceal that he had documents which he believed he had declassified (something he was allowed to do) and he was engaged in talks with the National Archives over their eventual custody. It was Bidens justice department who decided to short circuit the process and go after him.

...and Sleepy Joe was only a VP at the time he snuck off with those secrets, so he couldn't declassify that material which seems to be a very informal procedure. If anything Biden should more likely be charged than President Trump should have ever been in the first place.
