radar Joining the crew

Well, Hello there folkes
I'm happy to announce that i'll be taking part into the Project, i'll be the sonar man , the guy wich deals with all the sounds in the mod to clear it out.
I am currently working on re-doing the voices of the crew and translating them to italian, at a better quality than the one presented in the mod that's amore, i'll upload just a couple of sounds tomorrow, so you guys can have a listen to 'em.

The 600 it's avaiable but i'm trying to find a tutorial for make ai subs playable.
After that, we need in future (if we find a 3d modeler, meanwhile we are trying to learn) a ocean going sub (the 600 it's coastal medium size sub. employed in red sea and mediterranean) for u boot missions. But the 600 it's a good start.

There are 2 600: one it's in we dive at dawn mod. it's by keltos i think. (kapitain oliver know better than me about the 600 maker).
I've ask permission to keltos, and i'm waiting answear.
Another 600 it's in sh3, playable, in gwx multiplayer expansion. (also here we must ask to makers for it).
I have the 600 for sh4, of keltos if you want give a look.
And i have also the 600 of grey wolves.
p.s.
but i've read just now on we dive at dawn topic, that keltos 600 it's "workable".

send. I've send both the "mediterranean campaign" (sub campaign) where there is the main version of the adua, and the "add on" 1.1 where there is some fix for the position of gun i think.

As I see it, getting a boat afloat is priority one. Keltos wrote a tutorial on this I'm seem to remember. I checked my hard drives looking for it, but no luck as yet.

I suppose you could use a type VIIc to get you going.

I working on Meditarranian objectives right now, strange.

You're right sid.
Now i tell you a thing: in 1943, doenitz need some transport sub for send to far east.
Italian ocean going sub (based in bordeaux, france) was much big than u boots in size, and doenitz ask 10 italian fleet boat (becoming too old for patrol in atlantic, but good for transport missions.) and give 10 7c u boot to regia marina.
(the veterans crew of betasom (bordeaux), go to danzig and began to train on these 7c. they was ready for go in patrol but the armistice have block all. and the majority of the crew at the end, go to fight with X° flotilla mas, on midget subs in mediterranean, or in "marines" infantry.).
So regia marina had for a period some 7c. (And for example, platino sub class, of 600 series, was much similar to a 7c. but not only. also the tritone class, was much similar.).
So we need also a 7c. you're right.

date Sound samples!

Hello everyone,
as promised here are a couple of sound samples that'll be in the final version of the mod. although, these sounds are very early WIP and even if i'm about a third of the way through the whole speech folder (I have many other files not quite yet ready but done) they are just at the beginning an can be modified with suggestions from the people!
Also the telegraph sounds are beeing adjusted with the telgraph set noise but that isn't yet in these files.
expect updates to this online folder of google drive soon!
