Size 44 (US) Jeans. My belly is bigger around that my legs are long(34).

My knees won't allow me any more exercise than I already get. (painful)

In the summer time I do eat a lot of salads. I prefer iceberg (head) lettuce over that leafy stuff and I have a bunch of radishes in water in the cooler all the time for snacking.

When I go shopping, I balance what I want to eat that week in my right hand with what is in my left hand.

The only time I eat meat is when what is on the menu appeals to me and that depends on which T/S I am in. Up here, truck stops are few and far between and good truck stops with good food are fewer. Where I am right now in Thunder Bay, ON the food is pretty good and the salads are great! Where I will be delivering my load to the food sucks except for the toasted western sandwhiches. So I have some radishes for snacking.

Arrived at a plant in South Bend, IN, on time as usual. They are telling me I am early....days early. They have the unload scheduled for Aug 1.

So here I sit, waiting for my company and the consignee to work it out. $10 an hour. But hey, not actually working, just chilling, so it's all cool.
