Got a chance to fire off a few rounds with the 125 .25 cal Sniper today.
Scope is zeroed at 55 yards and I was targeting 40 and 70 yard targets. That required hold over or hold under through the scope. 70+ yards? dropped the beer bottles everytime. 40 yards? Made the skull target spin. Now the .25 at 70 yards will do bad things to anything it hits! So it's not a toy! |

Checking prices for this Bad Boy!
http://inovairtech.com/5.html Then again? I'm checking the plans to build a caselman full auto. Also picked up a Nitro Venom Dusk in .22 cal. It's got alot of mods on it so was a good buy for the price. Last edited by Madox58; 02-22-14 at 08:04 PM. |

That's serious airgun. I just bought this guy in CA, at Big5, and no orange tip or other nonsense.

This is what I had as a 16 year old, many happy hours spent in the garden making holes in paper targets.

While in California, I bought a .22 cal Crosman Nitro Venom Dusk.
It was in Maine and had some mods done to it. Cost $113.00 shipped. It has the Trail shrouded barrel with a custom trigger. No sights or scope I took a first shot looking down the rail. Hit a 4" target at around 35 yards! |

The Air Gun Thread
Webley Mk3, .22 cal.
Each piece hand crafted, matched and assembled. Apparently when production ceased, another manufacturer approached webley for the design and tooling, as they wanted to continue production, and no doubt, make a quick buck. Webley took them out the back to show them. Design was a set of paper drawings, and the tooling consisted of a bunch of old engineers and a rack of hand tools. No CAD/CAM, no presses or fancy equipment. For some reason, the sale never eventuated. Last edited by d@rk51d3; 10-31-19 at 05:14 PM. |
