LOL that's more like it! I'd completely forgotten your awesome story. One question though: Are any of them tall enough to see over the bridge rails, even standing on the footsteps?

Heh... I can understand stoianm's & sober's fun Being stubborn and wanting to actually go around England, refusing to stroll down the English Channel:

And then.. WTH are the Polen Ships doing in Keil channel? Especially when my crew is treating them as enemies?

But there are just some nice days out there too...

I thought I'd post a few pics after starting my patrols again. Just some scenery shots, but I hope you enjoy.

The long road to the North Sea

At least I don't have to worry about aircraft in this...or spotting ships.

Hello Zedi! I almost did not survive it! The reason was not in a duel with the US and british escort, but in constant CTD´s... I was mad! I had to save the position after 3 minutes! Famous and great D-Day traffic (I saw many battleships, fully loaded cargo ships, transporters...)was already too much for my graphics card.

I sank on this "Feindfahrt" 7 ships (on the D-Day 4), the last one was this battleship North Carolina.

I could not fulfill the D-Day mission, because I sank on the D-Day 4 ships (Nort Carolina battleships, destroyer Somers class, 2 transporters Middeleton class), not 5.

I was glad when it was seventh June and disappeared this huge traffic (this traffic on the D-Day in your campaign Open Horizons is greaat! Only my PC has problems with it...). My computer functioned on the 7. 6. again normally.

Hm.. 5 ship is much on D-Day, should be 2 or even 1. Im glad that you managed to hit even 1, I know that those convoys are huge and will use at max your PC.. but the convoys are made on historical accuracy, even the historical names are used.

The new version from Das Campaign will be much more complicated and hard to accomplish as now we have mines and the english channel is sealed starting June. Again, great shot Josef, bravo

Now reading your D-Day mission "readme"-

Sink_at_least_4_ships_from_convoys_heading_to_Fran ce

Hmmmm I sank 4 ships on the D-Day from the convoys heading France:

1) Angriffstransporter Middeleton /GB/ - 6. 6. 06.39
2) Zerstörer Somers /GB/ - 6. 6. 06.44
3) Panzerladungsschiff /USA/ - 6. 6. 07.04
4) Schlachtschiff North Carolina /USA/ - 6. 6. 07.58

... and yet I failed this mission... Strange...

I believe your upcoming mod will be absolutely a great campaign! I enjoy with my U-552 crew now over half of the year your Open Horizons my friend!

Looking forward to more difficult and realistic campaign!
