Welcome Sandor!

As far as super mods go, GWX is very good. That being said, it hasn't been updated for quite a while so as far as you asking about "completely up to date," I'd say NYGM is your best bet there.

Welcome aboard!

You've got apples and oranges there mate. NYGM is a super mod whereas OLC is a GUI. They're both good so you could always try them out and see which you like.
