I've absolutelt no idea. I've been playing MP with some guys over on Sub Command most of the night.

Better to enquire of Hunter ICX and/or Kratos, they are the server admins in the flight section.

I looked earlier and noticed a couple of new names....wasn't you was it?

Ya know... hearing your voice from anouther source sounds really different than when your talking.

I myself really dont fly in il2 anymore (but occationaly I do... as dowly said before, after afiew years, it get really boreing... (dealing with super ai, and some of the flight models...)

From what ive read about this campaign is that it is quite good. wonder if I can make it singleplayer...

Yes, one hears his/her voice quite differently than others do. I think it is because you do not only hear what comes out of your mouth but also what is transmitted through the bones.

This campaign that we've been flying needs no mods as it was made for an unmodded game. So you don't need any new mods.
