I thought the sky looked very nice just now, so I took a couple of snaps for my buddies at Subsim. Been thinking about Life "here today gone tomorrow" theme, so many people I've known have passed away.....And finding out about Francoise Hardy's demise really brought it home.

The poor girls funeral was gate crashed by paparazzi and autograph hounds, clapping and cheering and booing the arriving celebrities. Very sad and disrespectful.

The photos might be a bit blurry....I'm no longer Steady Eddie but more like Shakin' Stevens'.

First time I've seen a yellow Magpie but this has been visiting us almost daily for a month now since we returned from Mexico.

Apologies for the poor quality of the photos but my iPhone camera was all I've had time to take them with.

Hi Glynn, thanks mate. I thought about you when I saw the sky effects, "it would make a nice watercolour". I said to myself

We've got Winter down here and all the Aussies are rugged up like eskimos, while the backpackers are running around in shorts and t shirts. Cold weather makes for pretty skies.

The Art Gallery extensions have finally finished. Unfortunately not named "The Eichhörnchen Wing"....I did try mate to influence the naming

I gather the whole joint is predictably VERY Woke in concept and presentation. I'll make the effort and do a post from there

@ Jim. wow a yellow Magpie, we've only got black and white ones down here. I love it when they sing....lovely warbling songs.
