Hey folks, I tried to export DD_JunkMSail1 node from DD_Sails.dat with s3d, but this is what happened.

What should I do about this? or is there any updated dd_sails.dat from the other megamod?

Remove the textures listed for that sail then add the texture in the dat
Export then. DO NOT SAVE the file when you close it!!! Unless your working from a copied file.

Hey Jeff-Groves, I managed to export the sail but it's scale is a little bit off. Do you know how to obtain the correct scale for it?

Export the animations. Some sails grow larger when the animations run.
You could then find the right sized sail.
Or just scale it up in any 3D program.

Default back in the saddle again

Getting back into SH3 world again.....Donated to the site and I am now downloading GWX3 Gold as I type this....Should be done tomorrow when I get up at the speed it is coming to me. Really looking forward to trying this Mod out ...... And dying every career I start (laughing). Does GWX have everything to make it the full experience or are their other Mods to be recommended to add to it?

Depends on what you're looking for in a "full experience". But H.sie's and Stiebler's patches are must haves regardless.
Get them here and here, (#9 in the list).

33Lima and others:
Have just returned to the forum after a prolonged absence. Lima, you mentioned a single download called "OneAlex" for the entire the SH3/GWX program. I did play the video, but although you say the 'download' is ...below the video...I could not find it. Is there a direct link somewhere I could access and just click on to download the program?
Appreciate the assistance folks.

Aktun...Thank you. Will see what I can do with the Fubar upload. I presume that most of my 'old' preferred MODS will upload via JS..PEG...whatever it was. And yes I do see that there is a whole passel of MODS already waiting for upload.

It's ready to go right out of the gate. You can add mods through JSGME like usual. Have fun.

I'm not familar with steam but I believe you need to install the game outside of it's default steam folder for any mods to be able to be applied.
