compare to SH III

I am a big fan of sh III and alot of the features it contained

Such as: refueling at sea Damage repair in port (s)
ability to dock at other friendly ports
long 60 day missions crew management and promotion

How does this game compare to these features???

I have been driven off SH III by numberous crashes and a bug in Win7 that debilitates commander

Can anyone point me in the right direction here does this game do all of the above??
