T'was a taxiing accident.

Full brakes, full rudder, little throttle to turn it -> noses over.

Full brakes.
When taxiing you should always pull the stick back to the max to prevent your aircraft from nosing over.

T'was stationary, trying to turn it around. You don't think I'd be surprised about a moving aircraft nosing over with full brakes, right?
