Reinhard, If you can, get the Naval Combat Pack, most of us had trouble with SC flashing when we went to XP. NCP fixed that. I have played SC from the beginning and love it, especially with SCXIIc. You will fine many custom missions on Subgru site. I believe you will like it, Ron Banks MMCM(SS), USN(Ret)
