Edit:. Doh, stupid me. I assumed the mods were immediately, but in the first two files there's and extra directory. On fixing that, it all appears well!

Yes, you should always check the folder structure of the mod you plan on using. Some are a "package" of mods that must be dragged out of the main folder and into the MODS folder separately. Also, sometimes when using the MS archive utility, you can end up with two folders of the same name, one inside the other. Have fun with it!
