Objectives in sh3 commander

I installed sh3 commander and while the game is loading the objective section is described somethings 'players who play as 7 flotilla sink 2 merchant ships and convoys' or something like that but when I go to my orders section in game it shows as 'patrol for 24hrs'. So is this a bug or an intended feature? Also I would like to disable the 'loading screen objective' because I want to find the objectives myself while patrolling the seas, if it's possible.
