This is how it looked 3 1/2 years ago.
A lot more work has obviously gone into it since.

I always wanted a layout as a kid but my parents wouldn't have had the means
When I got married the notion resurfaced and I dreamed of having an 'N' gauge set to make the most of space... I so wanted to make the terrain and buildings etc as good as possible, this being as important to me as the track and rolling stock I even got the first loco (a Graham Farish 'Britannia' Class, 4-6-2 I think) but that and a few trackside kits was as far as it ever got. Money again, I guess
