Remake Silent Hunter 3
What do you think of something like that combine all good mods with SH3, SH4, SH5 and re-upgrade it into a real 500% game

Rather, I mean that a lot of cool and good things are in sh4 and sh5 but not in sh3.My mistake may not be about mods, but ideas to implement a 100% real game

.... and if already, then already with the game mechanics of "Aces of the Deep"
.... ...... ... who is supposed to manage that ? ... then rather bug Ubi Soft, that they develop a SH-6 according to exactly the mentioned criteria and bring it out completely if possible ... mfG Kermit |

Moin, ... moin ....
... joo, that is the question here ... is the source code of "CAotD" (Win95/98) version known ... ?? ... if yes ... can the "EXE / Hex Guru's" do something with it / edit it ???? ... is it then enough ... to bring the "Game" to graphic level 2021 ??? ... Questions about questions .... .... but .... this is the "basic question" .... can you bring this "ancient game" to 2021 at all .... theoretically ??? mfg Kermit |

Give a programmer the source code?
Anything can be done. I'll not waste time even thinking about it since getting the Source for SH3 and up is probably about the same odds as Me winning the Lottery! I probably stand a better chance of being hit by lightening! |

since a major game like IL-2Sturmovik the manufacturer has released the source code, is it not possible to try to ask Ubisoft that of SH3? in the end it is an almost forgotten game for them, it doesn't hurt to try

My dream is using the engine and multiplayer netcode in SH4 to remake a battle of the atlantic type multiplayer campaign game with air and sea platforms. Each sector on the patrol map would be a "Room" and players would resolve battles each turn.
