Default Code-Name: Sector

This is a must-have for all submarine hunters in the US:

http://cgi.ebay.de/Code-Name-Sector-...QQcmdZViewItem

I was age 11 or 12 when I got it, I played it as exessively as one could play something. Spend more than just one evening with it. Currently buy a copy of it myself for sentimental reasons, from GBR.

After 4 years a response!
Yes I played Code Name Sector from 11 years old till I discovered girls about 2 years later. I was hooked, it was a lot of fun to track targets and sink subs. Maybe the first computer navel simulator. I guess things dont change that much do they?

thanks for posting this.

When seeing this thread I wondered if I had the wrong spice melange in my dinner this evening.

I'm surprised that the images are still stored at imagehack. I also wonder if there is an emulator for this game.

I throw in a photo of the original map screen for printout (I meanwhile had gotten my hands on an original console some time ago, getting it from Britain).

The huge size is intentional, for printout. Print it so that the chequered outer frame is 29x29 cm, then it is
the original console's size.

To illustrate how nicely he has redone the console:

I knew this would reach its audience eventually! Very gratifying!

Spread the word.

Let none rest until the seafloor is littered with the broken hulls of virtual submarines!
