mid atlantic refueling

I need to refuel mid atlantic have gone to the anchor but cannot see/find the milk cow, a box has come up saying rearm/refuel etc as it would at your home port this i did,but still no milk cow in sight is it actually there?
If no milk cow is actually there could one not be put in please.
Om is superb and do like everything thats been been done for all of us by lurker and others, it just needs a few things to finish it off like a milk cow and some proper cold weather clothing for the conning tower crews.

Just press the refuel button and move on with the mission. That was me the first time I was trying to refuel from MV Brake, East of Africa!
