panama ship
Hello, I have a question.
a Panamanian ship sailing alone in the Mediterranean in 29/03/1941 , is it an authorized target? I use the mod The Wolves of Steel. thank you ! |

Strangely, Panama is not in the list of neutral countries in mod documents and does not use navigation lights . in addition, it participates in the convoys of the allies before December 13, 1941. the government of president arnulfo arias was openly fascist and considered pro-Axis by the Allies, these are the reasons for my doubts! thanks for your answer, i will actually follow the historical date of declaration of war |

I think Panama did as the Americans pre war declaration, they helped GB for war materials but not officially in war...
