Default Old MOD

Am returning after a long interval.
I recall (I think) a MOD called something like "God's Eye View" that put all ships at sea on the F5 Nav chart, not merely those in reasonable proximity to the patrolling sub. It resembled the large plotting chart in the British Admiralty that was regularly updated. It was useful in determining where activity was most concentrated. Would like to find it, if my aging memory serves correctly, and it indeed existed.
Thought I saved all those old MODS, but alas...

In the documentation of the main NYGM folder there is a file called "restore good eye view",but it's probably only meant for NYGM

Now, after reading the first post more carefully, i became convinced that this is not it

There is a version of Sat mod in Maik's archive ,folder DanFraser

If I understand correctly what you want, it's easy enough to do via simply editing the contacts.cfg file.
Change the "Display range to opportunity radio contacts" line's distance to a larger number, i.e.

My thanks to all, and have reviewed all the replies, but (alas) none of them is the goal. I think this aging brain has wrongly remembered a useful MOD and any deep digging will not restore reality.
I do thank all of you. Have enjoyed the entire spectrum of SH3 from the beginning, and the forum interactions over the decades.
Maybe it is time to retire the old Kaleun...and take up bowling...nah, never that or golf.
Auf Wiedersehen,
