Default carrier fell on me!

happy times, i found a task force

i sank one BB and as after i went hard left i noticed a carrier right in front of me. so i let my two remaining torps go as i hit crash dive

oops! next thing i know i see my watery grave with a carrier's stern crushing me

The greatest u-boat ace of all time, WW1 German kaleun Lothar von Arnauld de la Perière, nearly died to that very cause. He torpedoed a ship and was hiding under it when it sank. That his boat came free and survived was, by his own account, pure luck.

I was in the middle of a convoy and i popped my periscope up and it got stuck in the prop of a freigter . The freighter was going at around 6 knots at the time . I couldnt get it out until i went full reverse and emergency dive at the same time .
