There should be a video-thread!
Here is some footage of my first (and crappy) attempt on holding the brits out of Narvik:

Nice production! Your a shallow water sailor I assume. LOL. I did notice Ubi screwed up the Fjords when I was around there once, they should be miles deep!

Bugger!
Hehe, thanks, guys! Its the vanilla Narvik single mission. I used Ulead Videostudios 9 for editing, and fraps for capturing. Ulead is great for n00bs like me, its just a notch more complicated than Windows Moviemaker, but has much cooler effects.
I am making another as we speak, since I went to visit Caracua last night. |

You guys are being too kind, I`m just having fun with some easy-to-use programs. Here is my ravaging of Caracua. In the end I blew ballast just to see if that would annoy them. (it did)

Very well done! I couldn't hear the music, being at the library and all, but I enjoyed watching it very much. Lots of fun...well, except for the ending, of course.

They seemed a little angry when you surfaced !?! what was up with that...LOL Keep them coming !! I think you should try to tie a few together and add some voice overs and make your own Das Boot !!

Humble thanks to all
Thanks, people, the fun in making films is to have other people see them. But if you think my vids are good, you should check out some I found here: http://u-boot.realsimulation.com/ (sorry if linking to other sites is illegal)
That dude calling himself type941 is quite an artist. I cant imagine how long it took him to reenact Bismarchs destiny using mission editor. Kudos to him! PS: Is there an editor FAQ somewhere? |
