ok guys i went to his filefront page and found a working link, he must have updated the mod and that changed the link.
i took it upon myself to name it since he hasnt given it a name yet.
he said it was about the caps and uniforms so i named it
[REL] Pascal's Caps and Uniforms Mod.
hopefully that is ok with him
but so i could add it to the mods list it needed a name.
the link in the first post works now
