I'm just living up to billing in the Rhode's red coat thread...and Wiki doesn't differentiate as much 'twixt Brit and Welsh uniforms as it does Scots; which is where i spent most of my search till U said "black ribbon". When you answered "family member" I knew the pic you referred to; but the edge-view of the flash would have gone by me perception wise anyway.... I'll have have something suitably insidious shortly.
