I should also mention that with 0 morale (still, due to reloading saves), gun crews refuse to man their stations.
I also had a strange glitch today where while switching between internal, external and map view modes I 'lost' my captain's view - could not go back into first-person mode at all until I reloaded a save. Which of course killed my crew's morale
